What to Expect: Making the leap from softball to hardball can feel daunting, but our 10-week Transition Academy is designed to make the step up safe, seamless, and exciting. Extended 1.5-hour sessions give players plenty of time to get comfortable in full protective gear—learning proper padding-up routines, helmet fit, and how to move naturally while wearing kit.
Led by qualified coaches, players work through progressive drills in the indoor nets to adapt their batting stance, improve seam-bowling mechanics, and build confidence facing pace with a real cricket ball. By breaking down the fear factor in a supportive, structured environment, players build the technical base and mindset needed to step onto the hardball pitch next season with total confidence.
